I booked two queen rooms. On arrival, we got extremely small rooms, barely bigger than the beds. both rooms AC didn’t work, and despite multiple calls, no one came to fix it. With a 15-month-old and elderly parents, it was unbearable. My husband was told the fuse was blown and they couldn’t offer another room due to full occupancy. We were promised a fan that never came. We had to sleep with the door open, risking our safety, and struggled to breathe in the heat.
The next day, we were moved to cooler rooms with smaller beds—not what we paid for. The AC there was loud and disruptive. Worse, my father fell and scraped his face on a metal nightstand. The hotel had no first aid kit until I pushed for help.
I explained everything to the manager, who promised a refund for the first night and said it would be processed via Expedia. I followed up, and at checkout was told the refund would be honored. But later, Expedia said the hotel denied ever promising it. After all the distress, the hotel broke its word.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this place at all.
