"The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable. While check-in was slow due to a payment issue with another guest, the sole staff member at 8 PM was very patient and handled everything expertly. The hotel's facilities and location are perfect. A great stay!"

"Check in was super easy and they even have a bag check so if you arrive before Check-in you can go walk the city without having to bring your luggage everywhere. The concierge was very friendly and he even remembered my name after coming back to check in once our room was ready. The staff who cleans the rooms was very friendly as well and always said hello/good morning. We would recommend the Wade to any of our friends and family who visit Chicago! Very easy walk to the Navy Pier and the beach and just a few blocks from the Magnificent Mile."

"Fabulous luxury hotel! Loved the location. Great vibe enhanced by the cool contemporary art hung throughout the hotel. Room was awesome. Shanghai Terrace was extraordinary for dinner. Hotel brunch was great. Will stay there again."

"Great value! We were a little worried because the hotel rate was much lower than most of the other options in the city but we couldn't have been happier. It a 15 walk from the L train and within walking distance of most site seeing locations. The staff was great and the room was clean. Thanks and we will certainly stay again. "

"Love the Ivy Beautiful property and overall a great place to stay. However, check-in was delayed by about 30 minutes because the rooms weren’t ready due to no linen being available. Also, the front desk staff, while helpful, spoke very loudly when handling check-ins. A bit more discretion would make the experience feel more professional and private."

"Loews Chicago is an excellent place to stay. The service was outstanding, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel feels clean, modern, and well taken care of. Rooms are comfortable with a fresh, new feel. The location can’t be beat — you’re within walking distance of the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and just about every other tourist spot you’d want to see in the city. Perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great service."

"Great location, not a far walk to catch the CTA Red Line; walking distance to Navy Pier. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe at night - although not very quiet. Lots of ambulance sirens heard due to Northwestern Medical down the street. "
