I appreciated the fast check-in. I received a link via a text or email, and I was able to take a picture of my identification. What I did not enjoy was that the shower nozzle broke off when I was about to take a shower for dinner. I had to go to dinner without showering because the engineer had to go find a new part. We returned from dinner hoping the engineer would be able to come back to replace the part but no one was available at 11pm so we had to change rooms. They only good part was that they moved us to a much bigger room. However, I was hoping we could do a late check-out as it was mentioned during check-in. They said that because I was a gold member with Expedia, I could take advantage of the benefit free of charge, but when I actually asked for it they rejected it.
