We loved our stay at Kasa Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Check in was straightforward and easy and information was easy to access and comprehend. The suite itself was a great set up for our family of five with great city views, comfy beds and linens and everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The suite was surface clean but could use a deeper cleaning, and it could be stocked a bit better with the accurate amount of dishes per guest etc but nothing that would've changed our great experience here, we'd definitely choose to stay with Kasa again.

The apartment was very nice! Great views of the city from balcony. Large king bed. The only thing that could be improved was the mattress on the sofa bed. It was lumpy. I’d recommend changing it for a memory foam. The area around apartment was very nice with many restaurants within walking distance. You can’t go in and out of parking garage but I’m sure that’s not something Kasa regulates. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed with Kasa in Chicago (both South Loop and near the Miracle Mile) and have had very good experiences both times. The space is comfortable, clean, and super well located.

I stayed solo in studio queen room for 8 nights. They offer 4pm checkin but I got text stating it would be ready for 4:30pm checkin and I got a text around 7:30pm that room was ready. All of did not affect me personally since I was in a flight to Chicago so I got to my room around 8:30pm. However if I was in Chicago earlier I would have been frustrated with checkin time. The apartment studio was spacious, queen bed was comfy, bathroom has tub and good shower and provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash/handsoap but no body lotion. The toilet flow was weak. Kitchen was a normal apartment kitchen plus an oven. Balcony had table and 2 chairs. Washer and dryer was nice to have. AC worked ok but it takes awhile to get cold. Wifi was good. Tv worked but no regular basic cable channels. Whole Foods and subway train was block away. I did not have car so I don’t know about parking situation. I wish there were more bright lights in common area/bed area. The only real complaint I have is noise level, you can hear everything in the hallway so people talking or getting off elevator, but the worse noise came from outside where there were sirens from cops/ambulance/fire trucks almost every couple hours and the windows must not be thick as it sounded like sirens were right next to me and I was on 19th floor. I lived in Manhattan for 20 years and I never heard this much sirens in my life. If you are sensitive to noise during the night, you might want earplugs. Overall a good stay.

This was a lovely residential building. Our unit had excellent city views and was clean and well stocked. The building staff was polite and helpful. The Kasa communications were clear and helpful.

THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST HOTEL/WHATEVER I'VE EVER STAYED IN. Visible and smellable mold in bathroom, dirty underwear underneath the couch. Yuck. Communication is just terrible w/"virtual" concierge. Had no idea how to park/validate, and the black woman at the front (I'm black, too) wouldn't look up when I said Hello twice, then proceeded to scream at me when I asked how to check in. UGH. AVOID THIS PLACE. This is supposed to be better than a hotel? I think not.
