"I loved most everything about Sonesta Mag Mile. The only thing is they do this weird deposit of $100 for EVERY NIGHT YOU STAY- so i was thrown off at check in when they required $400 deposit (after already having pre paid the hotel stay). It just seemed a bit much- lower the deposit to like $50 ea night or something. Also parking is available for $70 ea night however you can go onto spot hero and find a way cheaper in/out spot at Water Tower Place garage which is about 2 1/2 blocks away. Staff was excellent and the rooms are huge! Stayed in the king 1bedroom suite (got an upgrade). Hot chocolate and tea and coffee out 24/7 which is nice for those cold temps outside! I will definitely be staying here again. My daughter and I loved it."

"The room layout , especially the closet area was perfect. More than enough room. Beautiful hotel. Great large pool. The staff very professional. They put all kind of goodies for my kids in the room. It was fantastic. I just have one complaint that was very frustrating I ordered room service breakfast. The kids waffles arrived with no whip cream as it comes with it and I also asked for it on the phone. I called it in and it took 25 for the whip cream to get to our room. So unfortunately one of my children waited because she didn’t want to eat without it. As we all ate and she had to wait. The other child just ate it plain. But for a $200 room service breakfast I don’t think I should have waited 25 minutes to get the whip cream. "
