"I went for the woman's dorm/hostel thing and shared a room with 3 other women. The bunks were confortable and allowed for privacy. They were tall enough to sit in comfortably and everything was clean. My roomates were wonderful and we all kept to ourselves. This was a business trip and all I needed was a means to shower and a place to rest my head, which I was able to do with ease. "

"My husband and I booked a King room for our 19th anniversary. We got to town earlier than check in time and they offered to keep our bags for us until check in which was great. We were able to walk most the way to the pier which is about 1.7miles from the hotel there are also several Divvy bike ports around. Food options are everywhere near the hotel as well. When ready to check in we were greeted by the "doorcierge" Jerome and boy was he off the hook awesome... He upgraded our room to a suite for our special night and had a ton of information on the area... Directed us to amazing food places and authentic Chicago life. Really our experience was along and I would highly recommend for a couples stay. I would probably avoid for family stays as the atmosphere is a lot more intimate and the amenities were limited to adults in my opinion. Great place!"

"The hotel was very nice. They have a very strict 4pm check-in policy and charged us $25 for early check in at 2 pm. Aside from that, it’s very conveniently located near Magnificent mile. We walked most of the time but there is a bus stop around."
