"The hotel was just ok. The location was the best part of the hotel. It was close to the navy pier and they was where we went. The shower water was cold and didn’t get hot. There was no bath gel in the container in the shower either. Valet parking is $86 but there is a garage 400 ft from the entrance that was $35 over night through spot hero if you don’t mind parking yourself. "

"The rooms didn’t have a microwave and a group of different people needed to use the communal one down stairs, other than that the stay was nice. The tub could use a little more scrubbing, but still clean."

"It was ok. The parking and meal package was not worth it. Rate is for self parking and food not tasty. I was in a suite where the couch had spots on it and was outdated in general . Room aesthetic were just ok.,"

"The bathroom was literally falling apart, the room was tiny, and each room was a completely different size in the same booking of the same room. Limit of 2 water bottles per day when asking for that price is ridiculous. Staff was nice, AC was fine and rooms were clean. The hotel gets the job done, but it’s not worth the price when there’s so many nicer hotels for less nearby. "
