"My wife and I were visiting Chicago. This property was perfect for our stay. The location is in the center of West Loop. We loved that the apartment is renovated and had a kitchen/laundry. The staff was super attentive and check in was smooth. We will definitely be staying again in the future!"

"Location is great for downtown Chicago. Most importantly the room is clean. The room provided mood requency modes to choose which enabled better sleep quality. Room had three books to read. I only got to read one. The Gym facility at the hotel was a good size. Lastly, the Breakfast on premise was fresh,delicious and convenient. Did not have to leave the hotel for food."

"This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are great, mine had two queens (party of three). As in inside facing room it was super quiet, which was very important. Everything is plush. Staff is great. FWIW, and this didn’t matter to me, as it’s in the financial district, there isn’t the same nightlife and dining choices, as it’s more of a work destination area. The Willis (FKA Sears Tower) is two blocks away. It’s only a 25 minute bus ride to 900 North. Millennium Park is a short walk directly east....

"This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Chicago; walking distance from shopping, museums, theater. Dining options are plenty. Gym is state of the art. Delicious Breakfast and brunch at the Filmore which is on the first floor of the building. Staff is very nice and friendly. A place to relax and enjoy Chicago! "

"Beautiful hotel! Love the lobby bar and the rooftop seating with gorgeous fire tables offer lovely city landscape backdrops for amazing photos. Bonus points for being connected to Nordstrom/ my husband always appreciates sitting at the Nordstrom bar while I shop! "Muriel at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous, wonderful historic art deco building right on Michigan Ave., great location and views, really nice, spacious and clean room. Chateau Carbide on the 24th floor is definitely worth checking out, nice cozy areas to hang out, sit on a couch and have a drink while enjoying great views of the city. We also got a free ride from the hotel to the Shedd Aquarium."
