"The location can't be beat and the staff are all the nicest people--every valet, housekeeper, front desk, and barkeep. Our room, however, while clean on the surface, was dreary, with peeling wallpaper, cracked tiles, a wobbly toilet, and lighting that was wholly inadequate. No USB ports anywhere at all in the room so don't forget your charging blocks."

"For what we paid and the location I had high hopes for this inn but my expectations fell flat horribly. From the check in with Fatima to the room cleanliness, all left much to be desired. Fatima was clearly not in the mood to be of any more assistance than she was. She was not welcoming in the least and clearly didn’t want to be bothered doing anything but inputting my i formation and getting me out of her face as quickly as possible. We get to our floor and it smelled of complete garbage. We then make it to our room, all dusty, bed was uncomfortable, refrigerator was not cold. They did send maintenance up I cannot recall his name but he was the best part of the experience at this inn. I am quite disappointed to have that kind of experience with any hotel/inn attached to the Hilton name. We won’t be back and will not suggest anyone else to utilize this location either. "

"The rooms were great and we enjoyed the view of Chicago. The mezzanine and hallways were noisy on Easter night (and especially on the night before Easter) but the kids were sleeping on the fold-out couch and they didn’t mind, but the bedroom was quiet because it faced the outside. We loved the breakfast and happy hour (2 free alcohol drinks for adults and nachos, pretzels, pasta salad, and fountain drinks for everyone - super fun!!) It was a great trip to Chicago - and we loved how close the red line was - just a block away! "
