"Room was airless and noisy. Neighbors very noisy late. But really it was very stuffy and no blankets and one bad pillow for the sofa bed. Though they arrived quickly once I called. Coffee maker did not work. The room gave off no comfort. "

We stayed in a suite last night and the dresser was all banged up, the wall paper was peeling off of the wall and the refrigerator was making sounds that clearly needed to be fixed. They need to put some money into updating and fixing the furniture and walls. It was disappointing compared to last years."
