「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」

「The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.」

「For the price, the location was fantastic as it was walking distance from Michigan Ave, Milinium Park and Navy Pier. Valet parking was the most reasonable with in and out privileges. Lastly, the breakfast was not really a 'continental breakfast' as described online. It was a respectable breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles among the traditional fare. The hotel offers the best value for the area.」

「Not traditional hotel. Cozy and stylish one. 10 minutes walk to Clake/ Lake CTA station which directly go to airport. A pretty good choice for medium priced accommodation in a high living cost city like Chicago. 」

「We have been travveling with layover flight to Chicago, arrived around 6am, I was aware of check in time, but checked if front desk could accommodate early arrival, as we were travveling with 2 minors..Lovely Doniece was not able to accommodate us with there room, my kids slept at the lobby sofa for couple hours, as a result they were complaining about neck pain...We got the room at 1pm, after 5 hours spending at lobby sofa and chairs...Room didnt come with hand soap, there was a weird smell...
