The location is convenient near the hospitals. The lobby is very small and desks were understaffed so the line of 4 people made the area uncomfortably tight. I was "warned" upon check-in that mornings were busy and I should plan on a 20 minute wait for an elevator! (It wound up being only 5 - 6, but I had to change my morning plans to avoid a 20 minute wait). Taking the stairs from the 16th floor carrying luggage was not an option. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, outside noises were disruptive during the night - but to be expected when staying near a hospital.The valet parking was also understaffed - it was very tight spaces and long waits for guests to get their cars out front. Overall, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend to others.

The room had chipping paint, torn carpet and the tub was stained. The elevator area and hallways were so cramped it felt like an old NY apartment building. The room was decently spacious but in my opinion this was a Hampton that they stuck a homewood label on and I am not a fan of Hampton Inns. I wish I would have known this in advance.

Rooms are ok. No issues there. Problem is the elevator system and the cramped hallways. 3 pint-sized cars with what seems to be a programming issue, cannot handle the traffic of the vertical-heavy building. The breakfast was the standard chain complimentary stuff, but they seemed to struggle keeping up with demand. Staff was very friendly sans one or two who were just there for the paycheck.
