"This is a classic-style hotel—not modern, but very well maintained and not run-down. The location is very convenient, just one block away from Nanjing Street, with a convenience store right across the street. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. I especially appreciated the bathtub and the many elevators, so there was no long wait to go up to the room or down to the lobby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it."

"Breakfast was terrible. Nothing was good. Room was big and spacious. But we couldn’t adjust the temperature and we were freezing. Housekeeping was so so. Water wasn’t topped up unless you call and ask for it. Location wise was good as it’s close to major shopping areas with plenty of nice eateries and restaurants. "

Stayed in a Club Room this time and loved the staff and the amenities. Special thanks to AnnaLisa in the Club Lounge for exceptional service! Also managed to get to the spa/pool area and was v impressed. Would love to return!"

"Excellent location for cruise ship passengers, 10-minute walk to the terminal. Good fitness centre. Not so many restaurants or shops nearby. But walkable to the Bund."
