"almost none of the pictures are accurate ; It’s is not one minute away from nanjing rd; it’s about 20 minutes driving. Jade Temple is the only one close (about 5 blocks from it. At the beginning they gave a room with a restroom and shower in a transparent box! You can see through! I had to ask for different room and they tried to charge me for that; finally I didn’t ….be sure you download didi app for taxis it’s a complicated area to ride a taxi."

What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, motivated, and genuinely dedicated to providing great service. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Bund Center for anyone visiting Shanghai. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
