10/10 Excellent
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Langham Xintiandi. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and we fell in love with the signature scent of the property from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of delicious options. A special mention to the staff, who all speak excellent English, making communication completely effortless. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!"

Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai

Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai

10/10 Excellent
"We were really excited to stay at Mandarin Oriental Shanghai, and it more than lived up to our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the care and service from the staff were exceptional. Our room was huge, beautifully presented and had the most incredible views across the city and the Huangpu River — a view we’ll genuinely never forget. Every day we returned to find the room serviced immaculately, with an impressive level of attention to detail throughout our stay. For a hotel of this standard, we also thought the value for money was outstanding. Everything about the experience felt genuinely five-star, from the room itself to the warmth and professionalism of the staff. It was a fabulous stay from start to finish, and we would return to Mandarin Oriental Shanghai in a heartbeat."
