"The room was very spacious and clean. Staff spoke English and were very helpful with any questions. Check in and check out was very quick and simple. The hotel is very close to Nanjing road about a couple minutes walking distance which is great if you like shopping. There is a family mart and Lawsons a couple of minutes walking distance from the hotel which was great. Would recommend to family and friends."

"I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating had it had a lobby sitting area (lounge) not just the cafe! There should be a few chairs out the door for guests waiting for a ride! Breakfast at the club leaves much to be desired, the food variety felt like a small motel off the highway with no star rating!! At the price per night breakfast should be better ten folds!"

I absentmindedly left my watch in the room and had to make arrangements to retrieve it. The process was smooth and the response from GSM was fast.
