「Fantastic hotel, great staff and service. Everything was on point.」

「On the night I checked in, something terrible happened, specifically the uninterrupted running water noise on the previous floor, and the room was asked to be replaced. In the picture, you should be able to see stains on the walls of the room. What's more exaggerated is that the bathroom facilities are already broken and it feels dangerous. 「Reception desk attendant Mr Cheung ar so helpful」

「There were renovations happening from 9am-6pm so can get very noisy. I was not able to sleep in or return to the hotel during the day, which is unfortunate as I didn’t get to enjoy the room. The renovated rooms are nice but lobby area is a bit dated. Location is excellent and will stay again after renovation.」
