"overall experience was good but had issues with checking in and checking out. I was locked out of my room prior to checking out when i was told my checkout was at 4pm. I also had my late checkout waived and it was never waived."

"My TV went out while I was watching it, which was a bit disappointing. I left a message with the AI system to create a service ticket. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy it while getting ready for the night. It was working again when I returned to my room, but since I was only staying for one night, it didn’t really matter. Another unfortunate issue was that while ironing, the iron left a stain on my shirt—worse yet, it was a white shirt. Not to mention, there was only one roll of toilet paper available, which was also disappointing."

"The parking garage always has ample parking and located near the entrance to the hotel, the rooms are spotless. Just disappointed when I asked for a few extra pillows (hoping to get a softer one) they were going to charge me a lot. But I can’t complain since there are no resort fees, but I will bring my own pillow next time."

"My husband and I loved our room! It was comfortable and clean. The lady at the check-in counter, also named Karen like myself, was very friendly and upgraded our room to a beautiful poolside view when I told her that it was our first time at the Hilton @ Resorts World and that I was celebrating my 60th birthday! She also gifted us with a $150 drink credit for the five days that we were there. She really made my birthday extra special. We really enjoyed the wonderful restaurants that we dined at in the hotel, especially Wally's. The food was absolutely delicious!! We also really loved relaxing at the poolside areas. The outdoor couches were very comfortable and loved the seating near the bar area. Staff were very friendly as well. We will definitely be staying there again! Karen McFarland"

"The bathroon products were great quality. But the magnified mirror was not working . My only bad experience its that I went with my husband and son and my toy pet and we arrived at the hotel and my husband and son went to the store they reported the malfuction of the mirror wild I stay in the room taking a shower . I though o well " I am going to looked the door after that when I was in the tub someone was trying to open the door with out knocking It was my bad experience ever I ask ed who was it and they didn't answer. Later again they came and then they ring the bell so it was the guy that was dropping the mirror . The worker was very disrespectful not to knock the door the first time . What if I don't put the lock he will be inside of my room seeing me in the tub and I will be so scared . They need to do somenthing about this personal that is not acting properly with the privacy of the customers."
