"This hotel is good if you want a basic, clean and fairly cheap hotel with a pool + spa within a stone’s throw distance of the Las Vegas strip. This has been my go to hotel when visiting LV over the past 4/5 years but the quality has slowly declined bit by bit as the years have gone on. However it goes without saying the hotel is still good and would recommend people try it and formulate their own opinion as its far from bad. Staff behind the desk and will bend over backwards for you if you need help, but the dining room and pool bar staff seem to lack urgency and drag their feet when serving or in some cases simply ignore you’re there (when it comes to the pool staff). The rooms are spacious, always clean and housekeeping staff are fantastic, although the rooms are beginning to show their age and our jacuzzi tub didn’t work on this trip which to the hotels credit is the first time something like this has happened. You’re always going to be waiting for the valet as others have complained about, but it’s one of the few in vegas that’s free so unless your in a rush or your car is damaged why complain? If you’re ordering food or using a ride share service I would do so outside of 17:00 - 20:00 (or plan to eat or leave earlier) on weekends as it can get so, so busy on the front valet court. Food in the hotel is (as always) good, though compared to other hotels their menu is limited and remains more or less unchanged. A touch pricey for the quality however. "

"This is the worst experience of my life in a hotel. I’ve stayed at other Motel 6 locations before, and nothing like this has ever happened to me. I booked 3 rooms for a quick work trip. After checking in, we went to work, and when we returned to the rooms at night, there were cockroaches in all of them—around the bathroom and even one on the bed. Of course, we decided to leave immediately. Fortunately, the person at the front desk had no problem agreed to refund our money without saying much, as if this were already something normal there. This hotel lacks even the most basic sanitary standards. Aside from the cockroaches, the condition of the rooms was quite deplorable, and the smell inside was horrible."

"My favorite location in Las Vegas. Clean comfortable from room to pool to all of the restaurants and bars on site. Some great spots to checkout close by and a short Uber to all of the must sees in the area. Definetly the top spot in my opinion and probably in the top 3 for most."

"I have stayed here several times, same issues, elevators, only one was avail. The fire codes and laws they violated and they didnt even care, I went to talk to the manager front desk, they avoided me. I was a huge advocate for the Rio, but with this crap service? And your virtual online person when you call the front desk, what a worthless piece of crap. THERE IS NO LEADERSHIP AT THIS HOTEL, FIRE THEM ALL, so the hard working employees could keep their jobs. I have never seen negligence in the hospitality world as I had with ONLY 1 elevator all weekend, I have plans to protest both our groups, never stay here again."
