"The trailer was very outdated. There was a very musky smell to the place the blankets smelled old and dirty, I had a friend let me borrow hers, and we also saw cockroaches I was able to take a picture of one."

"Very clean and comfortable. The person at check in was supposed to activate our keycard to work in the parking garage and she did not. It was annoying that it did ot work and we had to pay an extra $5 to get out of the lot. "
"I would not stay in this hotel again. We waited in line about 45-50 minutes to check in to our room because they only had 2 employees at the counter consistently working, two others would come and go and would take what felt like an excess of time between guests like they were waiting for the others to pick up the slack. The line was long when I got there and was long when I left. We asked to upgrade our room and we're offered a one bedroom suite with two queen beds for and additional $150 a night. We decided it was reasonable and "upgraded" to room 5120. I have never been in a more run down room. Furniture was old, carpet was gross, wallpaper peeling in several places with chunks of drywall peeling off. Doors and light switches were dirty, the bedroom and bathroom doors didn't close properly. The bathroom floor looks like it hadn't been mopped or even vacuumed in quite a while. Air vents had so much accumulated dust. I always travel while lysol wipes and spray and cleaned as best I could because I didn't want to deal with changing rooms at 11pm with two kids. The beds and linens were clean though. We also had a decent view of the Sphere, its too bad the window sills/seats and curtains were too gross to sit there and enjoy the view."
"Nice quick stay room was spacious. the arcade was nice a little pricey but quite a few options of games and prizes. Good variety of different foods. The parking is absolutely ridiculous tho!! You would think it would be free if staying at the hotel. We were also told that u can go back and forth with the room key which was a lie because the key didn’t work at the gate. The parking garage charged us $40 for 26 hours nd another $25 for 24 hours. Nice hotel and casino but will not be staying again due to the parking being $65 for only 2 night."

"The room had clothes from the previous customers. And when I called for a room in the bottom floor they said they’ll leave a note. When we showed up, they gave us a room in the 7th floor. "
"The hotel is kept wonderfully clean, the hotel Room was very clean, our bed left a lot to be desired. It was not the most comfortable bed, but it was a place to sleep. The front desk staff in my opinion is where this hotel drops the ball a little, I accept that from time to time folks have a bad day, and I am also certain that things happen out of anyone’s control, but the attitude that staff take to handle wha ever issues arise is what matters, and more then once I felt talked down to, and just not the way I would deal with things, they were always polite, to start and then just turn very abrupt. Again it could just be how I took it also. "
"No room service & cleaning; towels not replaced; no mini fridge … just an older hotel. Stayed to be close to the exhibition grounds for ConExpo. Would not stay there otherwise!"
