"The hotel very outdated compared to the hotels close by. The high resort fee is not worthy for this hotel. The 3 lamps in our room are not working. The only good thing is the room is clean and the housekeeping personnel is helpful. "

"Avoid the Blanca tower as it’s older and room layouts are terrible. Carpet easily got wet with how the shower and sink are laid out in the room. It’s not a traditional bathroom rather 3 separate sections for shower, sink and toilet. Sink is small and took forever to drain. Though it was clogged but talked with other guests who had the same issue with their sinks in Blanca. Marra tower is much nicer."

"For the price it is alright. Everything is pretty outdated. Cleanliness 7/10. Sinks and toilets have no pressure to flush or drain. Super gross when trying to brush your teeth! Im staying somewhere else next time! "
