I was very disappointed I got there a day early and agents were very rude. I had to go get a room somewhere else for the night. When I did check in the next day the room wasn't clean.

The room was clean, I didn’t like that there was no microwave or refrigerator nor did I appreciate the cleaning lady to not take out the trash, change the towels and rags or make the bed, I had to leave my trash outside the door with the towels and rags and she emptied the trash and took the towels and rags but I had to dial 702 to hav clean towels and rags brought to me

The worst part you have to be there for three days in order for house keeping to clean your room. You have to call and ask for towels they only give you four. The room was dirty. The door was dirty with fingerprints the headboard fingerprints and footprints.

The rooms were dirty - there was hair all over the bathroom floor, gunk on the walls. Only one pillow per person, bar of soap for the shower only instead of the pump offered at every other hotel, instructions were unclear for parking whatsoever, especially with the multiple tower bookings available. Staff was super limited at checkin and was hard to get assistance. Valet was closed - self parking option only. Rooms were pretty sour smelling and lighting offered in rooms were dull and dark, hallways were extremely dark. Definitely wasn’t a fan of this stay.

Las toallas viejas y olian mal, la mimpeiza de la habitacion la hacian cada tercer dia, la tina de la regadera estaba tapada y no se iba el agua, mal servicio, unico que estab bien era el star books y el restauran de carne de ahi en fuera toda la comida mala. Everything works and it's clean but there are not enough restaurants or places where to get a decent meal inside the hotel. Location is great, a 20 minutes walk from the Las Vegas convention center, so it's convenient if you're going to a trade show. It's a very old hotel that has seen better days and needs a renovation since 20 years ago.

Habitación en muy malas condiciones, el aire funciona cuando quiere, el baño da asco, tiene una cortina que da miedo bañarse para no dejar que se le pegue al cuerpo. Las camas estaban sucias como que no habian cambiado las sabanas. Solo considerar esta opción si estas buscando algo para dormir en las vegas a un bajo precio y que te ssientas seguro en cierta forma por ser uno de los hoteles mas antiguos, tiene buen staff de seguridad. Los elevadores estan todos en reparacion y debes esperar demoras al usarlos.

This hotel is old and run down. There were no hand towels. We had rags and towels only. The comforter had a burn mark. There was a lot of dirt and dust behind the Tv dresser. There is no microwave, fridge or coffeemaker. We only stayed for the price and the theme park. Next time we’ll stay on a newer hotel.
