"Hotel staff was amazing at al times!! But chikies and Pete staff are awful (i understand they're not directly part of the hotel, but still represent them) I went on Friday 11th around 5pm wanted to place a to-go order i was totally ignored by the bar staff (bearded stocky guy) 5 other people arrived after me and he almost ran to ask them what to they wanted, so I went back to the hostess and asked if there was another way to order and she told me "I'm sorry we're busy and can't help you with that!" I was furious cause I felt discriminated to the fullest! Fortunately I stopped at NOODLES DEN 1000% different atmosphere super friendly plus their food was amazing!!!"
