"The room was very clean. But for a party of four, we were left only three towels each time. They were very prompt and cleaning the room as requested. The main issue was the elevators. Very congested and a little confusing."

"Our favorite place to stay when in Vegas is the Wynn. The dining and rooms are exceptional. We were very appreciative to be greeted by Harrison at the front desk this visit during check in. He was fabulous and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. We can’t wait to be back!"

"We booked in the “newly renovated” Versailles tower. What I didn’t know (and you should before you book) is this tower is a long walk, a skybridge, and another walk from the actual Paris Hotel and Casino. (Even longer walk if you self parked). When you take the elevator of the Versailles Tower to the ground floor you are in the Horseshoe Casino, not Paris. I picked Paris over another hotel because I wanted an immersive experience of Paris kitch for my kids, and in this tower it was much more efficient to arrive and leave out of the Horseshoe casino, which is VERY shabby. All restaurants, gambling and sights of Paris hotel are very far. "
