6/10 Okay

The bed was comfortable. Things that could be improved:
- Provide free in-room coffee (you will get charged a surprising sum if you use the coffee in the room and the Starbucks downstairs charges around $12 for a basic latte). I chose to get my caffeine off the Strip
- Charge less for parking to folks staying with you
- Have showers that fully shut and not just a piece of glass that goes half way along the shower
- I was under the impression (apparently incorrectly) that Expedia Gold members were eligible for free room upgrades, if available. I stayed two nights mid-week and the hotel was not busy. When I inquired at check-in, the agent seemed to respond as if not having heard my question, and spent awhile reading every different kind of room I could pay to upgrade to. After saying, “No thanks - I was just inquiring if Expedia Gold complimentary upgrades are available,” the check in agent proceeded to want to re-state to me every kind of room I could pay to upgrade
- The room I was assigned was in the 4600 numbers. For regular folks, that means floor six. It faces the building wall and roof / no view of note.
