Excellent location really close to the tourist area and the room was very clean it had an amazing view as well. Despite the location it was still very quiet and we got a good nights sleep!!

The location is great for the price. The rooms are pretty big. Everything was clean. I needed one fix on the bathroom light and the staff had someone come over in les than 20 minutes.

Room was super nice. Shower curtain setup was kind of silly. Drain in the shower needed to be unclogged. But overall the room was great. Need was comfortable. Ac cranked. Looks like we’re booking there again in two weeks.

The property was not to bad. We did not really like that the hallways were colored black, so it made the area super sketchy. Also when we arrived our in room safe did not work, the staff got it fixed the next day but was a little inconvenient that we were not able to lock our valuables up while we were out. Other than that, everything else was great. Fantastic staff and fun times.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Hotel room was showing some signs of age like bubbling and patched paint in places. No microwave in the room (due to code), but there was a mini fridge. The pool area was very loud and packed with people so it didn’t provide much for relaxation. It also closes at 6 pm so you have to plan accordingly. There were lots of options at the hotel and promenade for food and activities. Close to the Sphere and we were here to see a show there so that was helpful. I found this hotel/casino easier to navigate than some of the others we entered like the Venetian… overall a nice stay!

The room was clean. The rooms are starting to look dated. There is water damage on top of the wood tables. The leather pads on the storage under the TV was missing a strip. One of the AC units in my room was making a horrible sound. The maintenance staff fixed it right away. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The housekeepers always asked if I needed anything when I walked past them in the hallway.

There was nothing special about the hotel. All similar amenities. Check in was long. Staff not helpful at all. I pre booked and paid extra to secure a room with 2 queens bed. Unfortunately i feel the room was only assigned to me. This option of having room assigned upon arrival is a cheaper option. I paid extra to secure a deluxe room but got a room with double beds and carpet smelling. My child has asthma and we requested a room change. The night front desk team was rude and not putting customers first. The front desk staff told me to leave and she will issue a refund. I travelled and tired and was told they could do nothing. The next day i went again and with insistance was able to change room. Staff still rude and not helpful. I don’t think they care about customers or even care about reviews . I already paid through Expedia for non refundable room so could not do anything. I was stuck. We tried our best to not ruin our vacation. But was heartbroken. I spent time and money for this trip. But the first day you land you get a room smelling and rude front desk! Also the last day we checked out at 11:00 am and our flight was 10:00 pm. We used the hotel services to keep our luggage. They were insisting on tips. At that time i really had no cash. The staff giving me my luggage was disrespectful saying i should tip and he was working free for me. I travelled many countries. Most places baggage storage is free service to clients and tips could be done if you want.

The location was perfect, a lot to do the minute you step out the door. Room service lacks a lot, we stayed for 3 days and not once did they clean the room, or emptied the trash, we never for clean towels, had to ask for them, there is no fridge in the room which wasnt a huge problem but its nice to keep cold waters in there when the temp is 115 outside. I feel like the property could do better in those areas.

The pool is probably the best feature and the location. Other than that the hotel itself is pretty rundown. A regular room is more like a motel room not a hotel.
