Jennifer’s behavior was not just unprofessional. It was personal, cruel, and completely inappropriate for someone in a management position.
The last time I was there, I was sick. Instead of showing any empathy, she apparently kept notes about it and later used that information against me. I still do not know why. When I calmly asked her why she was being so mean, she snapped. She started screaming, throwing insults, and even threatened to put me on a “Do Not Rent” list.
The most disturbing part? She looked me in the face and said she could care less about me. That one sentence told me everything I needed to know.
This was not customer service. This was targeted hostility from someone who clearly should not be in charge of anything. If Jennifer is representing your business, you are setting yourself up for serious problems. I will never return, and I encourage others to avoid this toxic environment.
