Room had zero amenities. How does a Vegas hotel not have a fridge or microwave? I had to throw food away all trip because of nowhere to save it. The check in process with the kiosk was miserable, took 45 minutes and still had to eventually wait in line to talk to a person. Elevators didn’t work, whole place felt dirty, I could go on for a long time. I will never stay at this place again, but it makes sense it’s so cheap.

Room is tired, but it was clean and everything worked. Bed and pillows were excellent. No coffee maker, mini fridge or microwave in room. 4th floor very noisy from casino floor. Staff were very helpful when needed. Gym was above average. Fairly easy to get around through the casinos to the strip all though it is a lot of walking being at the end. Lots of variety for entertainment at the Luxor.

Room very spacious and clean, house keeping done daily. Pool wasn't open due to close season but we could use the one in the next hotel. It was very busy but they gave you beach towels to use. Food and drink are expensive in the hotels but they are decent and you get a lot for your money.

The room was clean overall but the toilet still looked dirty. I couldn’t tell if it was stained or actual dirt. I called someone to clean it and they never showed up. The shower pressure was really hard to the point where it soaked the bathroom floor and it was too hot where I burned myself.

I enjoyed my stay at the Luxor, it's a good location transit wise with the free tram going to New York New York or the bus stopping right across. Good thing was that you could use the Mandalay Bay Pools.

The rooms were amazing, we upgraded and that experience was excellent. However, the pool was closed and there was construction that was audible at 7:00 am. And no options were offered for the pool, whether another property or anything else. Otherwise, everything met or exceeded expectations.

Rooms are so dated, no good spots to plug things in, not even a clock. TV didn’t work. I was traveling alone so I asked to be moved to an upper floor and they couldn’t accommodate. Once I got to my room, the door was propped open and not even shut, and was in a very poor location, it’s a room I’m concerned they ever rent with a old jacuzzi step up tub in the middle by the window. I asked for security to come and nobody showed up. So I asked a traveler to just check the room, since traveling as a female alone it was a concern!

I loved the resort the only thing was when I got to my room some one had washed their hair it was black hair in the shower and all over the bathroom floor and when I called to have someone come and clean the bathroom they promised to send somebody and no one ever came and

My friends and I had a fantastic time at Luxor! It’s a bit older but it was more than adequate for what we needed it to be, especially with how affordable it was. We had fantastic service from Sam who helped us with a glitch in check in. The hotel is a bit further than the central part of the strip, but we actually really liked having the walk to help digest all the tasty food we ate!
