「This is a very nice hotel. The staff is super accommodating. The location is one of the best in the area for shopping and dining. 」

「酒店服务出乎意料的差，是我住过所有四季酒店中最差的：打电话给服务部门送红酒杯，打了两次第二天才送到😂要求送的拖鞋浴袍送的速度不能更慢，刀叉就一直🈚️送到。房间的喝水杯清理拿走就不补充， 完全不是一个星级酒店的服务更别提是五星级酒店。恨失望。」

「The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint about the room was that the makeup mirror in the bathroom was too high. I had to stand on my toes and still couldn’t reach it. It didn’t tilt down. (I’m 4’9”). We loved the breakfast, especially eating out on the rooftop. 」

It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful.
