「Right from the beginning we had problem with check in. Because the reservation was made via Expedia they had issue with checking us in. I had to show the proof of payment and proof of reservation . Then in the morning we have noticed that we haven't receive a Lake View Room as we ordered. I had mentioned this at front desk but the only response was ... oh we are sorry ... so , unfortunately I wasn't a good Experience for us .」

「再電梯附近的房間會有點吵」

「Clean rooms, friendly service, a wide variety of breakfast options, and very convenient valet parking.」

「Very helpful staff. Conveniently located. Rooms were clean」

「When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。」

「客房服務-額外提供熱水壺煮熱水」

「the AC is too loud. can't sleep anyway」

「This review is for the 2 Queen River View Room. Compared with the 2 Queen Deluxe room, which I had before, the 2 Queen River View Room had a larger bathroom, full-height closet (important for hanging dresses/long garments), luggage rack without asking, 2 bathrobes (instead of 2), 2 facial masks, and a vanity amenities box (cotton balls & swabs, makeup-removing wipes). Beds were good; Wi-Fi worked; room temp adjustable. Lots of storage/drawer space and furniture surfaces. Good bedside charging...

「The hygiene was terrible, and the pillows smelled strongly of bleach, which made it very difficult for me to sleep all night!」

「The staff had a great attitude, and the bartenders were incredibly nice and welcoming. They even gave us complimentary water and were happy to answer our questions about the area. We had a great experience and will definitely return the next time we’re visiting Chicago!」

「Positives: Nice location, friendly staff. Downside: No room service Odd fact: Breakfast was a bowl of Froot loops and M&Ms.」
