「I loved this hotel! It’s in a beautiful part of uptown Chicago (Andersonville- an adorable gayborhood), near lots of cute shops, thrift stores, pubs, and bakeries. It sits right across the street from a beautiful cemetery, filled with gorgeous old trees. 「It was nice for a quick overnight stay to go to the cubs game! The check in/check out situation was a little weird. There’s someone at the desk only at certain times, when we came to check in, we had to call a number that was posted at the desk and the person we talked to said they would send someone, then they came up a few minutes later later. When we checked out, we left around 930, and no one is there till 10 so we just left our keys in their “express checkout” which was just a box. Overall...

「This hotel is situated in a prime location, making it convenient to get anywhere in Chicago. The staff always greeted guests with bright smiles and provided immediate, friendly assistance with even the smallest requests. The room was very spacious; while there was some noise from neighboring rooms, it wasn't bothersome enough to be a major issue. I would love to stay here again if I visit Chicago in the future.」
