"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. The location was perfect—walking distance to so many Chicago attractions, great restaurants, and shopping. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail really made our trip extra special. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago!"
"This is a beautiful old hotel in a great location in very good to excellent condition. The A/C worked fine, the bed was comfortable, and we had a lovely view of the lake and the fireworks at Navy Pier. The location, right across from Buckingham Fountain, is great. My partner and I thought that the Congress Plaza Hotel was charming and would stay there again."
