「The room is clean and quite new I would like to stay here again next time when I visit the Windy City 」

「Good」

「The staff was fantastic, the facility was very nice, clean rooms, clean hallways and the breakfast was very nice. I was able check in several hours early early free of charge after a long trip and that honestly meant a lot for me.」

「Very disappointing — Luxury prices, substandard service. Having enjoyed a previous stay at one of the Nobu Hotel Chicago suites, I was shocked by the decline in service during our recent visit. 1. Credit card charge: At check-in, staff explicitly confirmed I could pay in cash at checkout, yet the hotel charged my card against our agreement, without my consent. 2. 「The room was nice and staff as well They don’t include breakfast so be prepared. My only note is that they don’t do the extra mile for you as a guest. I didn't ask for anything, but they treated us to a bottle of white wine and a box of chocolate, which was above my expectations! Beyond that, they upgraded us to a corner room. It means a lot to us because of the Taste of Chicago event, I got to see the fireworks from the huge windows. Highlighted our honeymoon, thank you,...
