"This is my second time staying at the Double Tree. Liam at the front desk provided a smooth check-in. Shannon and Bri texted during the stay to make sure everything was going good, and Ozel was a pleasure to speak to during check-out. Every morning when I saw the housekeeper, she gave a big smile and said good morning. Double Tree also gave warm cookies during check-in, who can say no to cookies! It was a pleasure saying here, and will stay here again!"

"Perfect location for a family trip, the hotel amenities were amazing and the staff was very friendly. We did have an issue with having our room serviced during our stay, after a long day out we came back to it still not being serviced, after asking the front desk they said they would put in the request so we hung out in the atrium for an hour and a half and it still wasn’t done, had to go down to the front desk again and ask which was very frustrating."

"This is our the third time staying at this hotel. We love it. We love the location because it’s right by Maggie Daley Park. This is a great park for kids and our son loves it. The hotel is beautiful. We love the full bathtub and shower combo. The beds are comfy. The view of Lake Michigan is beautiful. The staff are excellent and we are always impressed with their kindness.
