"My daughter and I stayed here in August for the BTS concert. Everything was so clean and the staff were extremely friendly. I love that you could grab a refreshing glass of water or a cup of coffee and just walk right out the door. The location cannot be beat. We were able to walk absolutely everywhere. I’m so thankful that we chose this hotel to stay at. We will definitely be coming back."

"My room was so clean, staff was friendly, and the hotel was in such a perfect spot for the lake, shopping, and Navy Pier. I truly can’t wait to go back! Will say parking looked pricey, but the area is very walkable and I felt very safe being out so late and walking from Soldier Stadium to The Wade, from the Riverwalk to The Wade, Navy Pier to The Wade."
