This place is a real gem. Stayed here for the Chicago Marathon and it was perfect. The room was great and the location was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.
This room was perfect! Super clean, easy check in/check out process. The location was the best part, central to everything downtown. It felt very cozy. We enjoyed our stay!
The room itself was phenomenal. The customer service was a bit tough to get into contact with but once we had all the information it was great! The room was spotless, the laundry in our room was great and the kitchen was amazing! Highly recommend!
Clean room with plentiful plates and silverware. Bed was soft and plush while also being firm. Bathroom was great and water pressure was amazing, with an adjustable showerhead. I will stay here again if I ever come back to Chicago.
Really cute and comfortable place. Great location. Spacious, clean, and well appointed. Definitely a great option if you are staying for a bit and want more than just a bed in a hotel room. Suggestion: bring a sound machine (you're right next to the train and it's loud running by every few mins).
Room was clean and tidy. Building was clean and tidy as well. LIVN concierge was very helpful when I had a question. No sketchy individuals outside the building.
The location was a great spot, close to the train and all the highlights of downtown Chicago. The apartment was clean and instructions of how to get in, check in, and check out were so clear. The management was easily available for a question I had via text. I highly recommended this hotel!
The room was clean and had tall ceiling so the room felt big. There was a laundry unit in the room which was very nice but I didn’t use it. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed for cooking. I would recommend this place. Very close to a few lovely bakeries. Walking distance to many attractions.
It was very clean and in a great location. The bed creekedsnd was not the most comfortable and it the building next to it had workers at 4 am making lots of noise with the trash both nights I stayed there. But it was great price and loved having a kitchen. I know this is a mixed review review but I think I give it another go next time in Chi town.
This is a apartment. And it was extremely clean up. Excellent location. Easy access to every single attraction in Chicago downtown. The L train is just steps away. I plan to return. Had an excellent stayed. Love that we have a laundry in the premises inside the apartment. Kitchen was equipped with everything that one needs.
The room was clean, had all the amenities you needed for at least a day or two. Updated bathrooms and kitchen areas. Super close to places to walk to in the Chicago area.
everything was clean top to bottom, the washer and dryer with a few pods was a nice little surprise, the luggage storage was super easy and convenient to use! location is 10/10 right near the train which is awesome for getting everywhere (since it’s so close it it a little noisy but you’re left with earplugs for sleeping which i thought was kind!) walkable to millennium park and the river walk which were top on our list as first time visitors. we plan on coming back in the winter months and will be staying here again!!
This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a fast paced city environment close to many attractions. So many different restaurants and sites in one area. Each to get around with E-Bikes and scooters near the park, which is only a block away from this property. My only complaint was how loud the appliances are at night lol.
We had a great stay visiting Chicago for the first time. It is a most convenient location, right off the train stations, around the corner from some must-see sites. We were here for 2 baseball games and it was easy to hop on train for both. Staff was very responsive and helpful.
Thank you!
First, the instruction to open the door downstairs and of the room was easy to understand.
The room was in an excellent condition. It was clean and well-maintained. The interior was simple and relaxing. Everything necessary(kitchen utensils, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, thermostat, dehumidifier, etc) was so well-equipped and worked well.
The bathroom was very clean!
The bed was neatly arranged and had clean sheets.
There are two breakfast/ brunch places right next to the building.
A Target store is one block away.
The Art Institute of Chicago Museum is only 5ish minute away.
The communication with the staffs was quick, smooth, and easy.
Great location, great communication, great room condition.
Highly recommend this place.
And I will definitely stay here next time I come to Chicago.
