「Loved everything about the hotel with the exception of the coffee shop in the lobby. They never had anything. No decaf espresso beans, no pastries, limited sparkling drinks in cold case. On the second day, it was the same thing. The barista actually referred us to a coffee shop around the corner! If I was hotel Lincoln, I would be careful recommending the coffee shop if they’re going to be so ill prepared. The restaurant in the lobby is a different story! What a great place to eat. 「再電梯附近的房間會有點吵」

「When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。」

「客房服務-額外提供熱水壺煮熱水」

「Clean rooms, friendly service, a wide variety of breakfast options, and very convenient valet parking.」

「The hygiene was terrible, and the pillows smelled strongly of bleach, which made it very difficult for me to sleep all night!」

「Positives: Nice location, friendly staff. Downside: No room service Odd fact: Breakfast was a bowl of Froot loops and M&Ms.」

「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」

「the AC is too loud. can't sleep anyway」

「The website is outright false. A lake view room that is on the 9th floor surrounded by buildings shouldn’t be called a lake view. We booked, and arrived and called the desk and they offered us a room with two queen beds. We were settled, and they were completely unbothered by what they’d done.」

「Overall everything was great!」
