We stayed here August 27th to September 3rd in an 1 bed studio and honestly cannot fault the property and how it is managed. Great convenience to have a full kitchen including any utensils you could need and a washer+dryer in the apartment. Great location, close to many of the restaurants on our list. Whole Foods a short walk away on the next block over. The balcony was a bonus as most places we looked at didn’t have one! Would definitely recommend

I really enjoyed staying at this place. The supplies in the room were sufficient, i didn't need to request a refill. I loved the view from my apartment, the fact that wholefoods was just opposit, the security, the location, everything. The check in and out instructions were easy to follow. I will definitely stay here again

Be aware that this is more like an apartment rental instead of a hotel. so they don’t clean rooms every day and they don’t have 24-hour front desk to handle issues. The property is a bit older than the pictures. They did a nice job of decorations but it’s obvious that they only did the minimum renovations. The bathroom door handle is very flimsy and low quality. The floor board of the bathroom cabinet came off and it’s clearly was off originally. It gives away that they don’t do a good job at their properties. And the hair dryer wasn’t working. I followed the instructions to text their support number since their front desk only presents 11am-7pm. They responded but felt like i was talking to a bot. Eventually I had to go to the front desk at 11am to had them send another hair dryer to my room. so be prepared that some issues take time to address. Overall the room is spacious. It’s nice to have a full sized fridge, kitchen and a sofa. Location is great and very safe. We walked to coffee shops and the river every day. If they take a better care of the property and have 24-hour front desk, I would definitely come back.

We enjoyed the room layout and view. It was nice to have a kitchenette that was prepared w/ dish soap, salt/pepper and olive oil as well as a sponge, paper towels and enough pots/pans. Being so close to the red line is a plus too.

Kasa is my home away from home whenever I travel. Love Kasa’s use of technology, the sense of safety and security, and the outstanding property - a lovely condo in the sky, tastefully furnished, along with all the necessary items to make it feel like my own home. Great value and location.

Great corner apartment with an amazing view. This is very close to the main attractions. I would have given 5 stars rating but for the poor noise insulation, particularly from the neighboring apartments. The balcony has a huge gap in the railing so not ideal for small kids.

First time trying Kasa, the experience was good in general. The apartment is in the Mag Mile area and steps from a Whole Food Market, very safe and convenient. The checking process is easier than I expected and the main front deck staff is very friendly. The only complaint is the bath tub cleanliness where I had to put out literally a huge load of clogged hairs from the drainage for the water to drain.

Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, i trasporti, la possibilità di raggiungere le principali attrazioni a piedi, le dimensioni dell’appartamento. Inaccettabile il livello di disorganizzazione. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento per tre persone che all’arrivo era allestito per due persone. Il call center ha impiegato circa tre ore per approvare il trasferimento temporaneo in un altro appartamento e la mattina successiva abbiamo dovuto lasciare la sistemazione provvisoria ma il nostro appartamento non era ancora pronto. Complessivamente abbiamo perso circa cinque ore per risolvere un problema banale.
