"This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is expensive, but that’s the case everywhere in Chicago. The view of the lake and surrounding buildings is very nice! The location is excellent and easy walking distance to everything you want to do in Chicago."

"Customer service was excellent from the beginning. Housekeeping was also excellent. Loved the cookies, never had them before, until now. They became our bedtime treat, after being out all day and night. Would definitely recommend you all. Look forward to planning our next stay with Double Tree!!"
