「I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.」

「We had a great stay! We LOVED the “all-inclusive” deal. Made things so much easier. Also loved that it was quiet, despite being in the city. Wait staff was FANTASTIC, other staff were good too, but wait staff was very good!! We’re planning on staying here for future Chicago stays! 」
