He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We went with our two children and found it to be a more upscale hotel while still being family friendly. Hot tip/ if you show your room key at the Harry Potter store, you get a discount! Cannot recommend enough. We will be back!"

"My boyfriend & I had a great stay here and I’d love to come back. The King Suite was super nice & clean with a good view, and the staff were helpful, friendly, & attentive. I also liked how we were walking distance from the pier, shopping, & nice restaurants. I was only slightly disappointed to find out last night that the hotel doesn’t offer room service, but it’s no big deal. There was also no hot water when I showered this morning at 7:00 am. It was freezing cold. Overall, we had an amazing stay & didn’t want to leave (:"
