「clogged tub ( still clogged as we left), dirty air filter( almost black)- seems never replaced, worst mattress ever, had requested soft pillows for back / neck issues( confirmed with hotel ahead of arrival- forgotten), requested small cake or something for milestone bday celeb( agreed and then forgotten by team).. best part was the mgr and staff on duty( night of 10th and am 11th).. Thanks to them that I give a 3 star」

「The elevators were out of order. The toilet and shower are too close together. The hotel stay was not worth the cost. The staff appeared to be friendly but it came off as fake nice. Considering the area, it could be much better. 」
