"staff was great, room cleaning was on point. They should improve the amenities and have coffee with light snacks."

"The staff were friendly, but the hotel itself is run down and pretty terrible. Breaker boxes were wide open in the hallway with wires just hanging freely, paint was chipped and peeling, the room stunk.. just to name a few. "

"Rooms were huge!! Spacious and lovely. We had a 2 queens river view and it was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed the provided robes and the window seat to people watch. Lobby is warm and welcoming, staff were all great and very friendly. Antonio is the best ambassador they have - he's legit! :) Highly recommend when you want a home away from home."

"Clean room. Had a great time. I knocked off a star because when booking it said breakfast was included however only if you are a gold/diamond Hilton member. When I shared that with the staff they shrugged it off dismissively. Overall great stay beyond that. "

"The hotel had no electricity upon arrival, inexplicably as there were no severe weather conditions. I was handed two glow sticks to be able to guide my way around the hotel and my room. You can’t make this stuff up. The fact that there was nothing provided to compensate for the matter (discount, credit, voucher, etc) is ridiculous. Apparently being the only on site hotel option allows for the hotel to not care about its guests and still retain business. I won’t be back. "

"The pool table could use a maintenance on the sticks were broken also some of our towels in the second room were dirty room 2211 overall was a nice stay we enjoy it . Staff was very friendly and helpful ."
