「Such a beautiful property. Our room 112 was right at the rocky rapids. Loved the sound and watching it from the lovely balcony. The dining room and bar are wonderful. Food was great as was the service. Ask for a table at the window to enjoy the small river. Loved everything about Rocky Waters. Great location, beautiful room and bathroom. 」

「We enjoyed our stay, however following our second night there we were asked to relocate to a different room due to a water leak in the wall affecting the room below us. We were told they would make compensation at check out, but didn’t. No partial refund or compensation of any kind. We were not happy about that at all.」

「We visited Gatlinburg for the first time and decided to stay at this hotel. It was perfect for us because it was away from all the business Gatlinburg has to offer. The room was comfy and big. We had 6ppl in our trip and we were very comfortable in the room we were in. The staff were friendly. Everything was clean and they had a decent selection for breakfast. They always had hot chocolate/tea and fruit infused water in the lobby for guests. Oh, they also have an indoor pool and outdoor...
