「Very nice staff and convenient walking to downtown Gatlinburg.」

「We arrived around 7 pm. Opened balcony door and I said we will not see any bears since the Embassy hotel is right behind it even though the creek runs through the middle. To my surprise 10-15 minutes later we saw a bear walking the creek on our side of the creek. Made my whole trip that’s what I wanted to see a bear while we was on the balcony! 」

「Room 204, September 23-28. Our first stay here. As this was a pet friendly hotel, our 6 day trip included our dog, Sheba. The room was very well laid out and was clean. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff that we spoke to, from checking in to cleaning staff, were polite, professional and very helpful. For the first time in a long time, we lucked into booking at a hotel that had a deep refrigerator that actually kepts everything cold and not just barely cool like most other...

「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
