"We liked our room, the bathroom was clean, no water stains and shower worked well. Clean towels, plenty of Dove shampoo, body wash and conditioner and body lotion, hair dryer, microwave and frig all worked. The only and very inconvenient problem was the TV!!! We couldn't get the cable to work, after the maintenance guy fixed it, we couldn't get it back, he mentioned the channels would not save in the memory. No batteries? Broken smart TV? Also the remote was hard to operate too. The breakfast was terrible. By 9am , ran out of boiled eggs the first day we stayed, the next day, ran out of sausages when breakfast was offered until 10a. No replenish!! There were no fruits, no waffles, no pancakes, just 1 boiled egg left, bagels/toast, corn flakes, 1 yogurt and orange juice and coffee. The indoor pool was also closed."

"I’ve stayed here numerous times. I am a business owner in the area. They seem to be gone under a renovation which has done the buildings well. Beds are comfortable. Location is perfect. Hotel is clean. "

"Excellent property with nice amenities and views. Somewhat isolated from downtown, but the Gatlinburg shuttle overcomes that. The only complaint is that on checkout, we were charged over $18 per day for parking. This additional charge should have been disclosed at booking and included in the total cost of the stay. "

"My son & I had a great stay during his spring break from college. Right off the strip so no driving needed in town. The staff & hotel conditions/amenities we were very pleased with. The breakfast each morning was well prepared with plenty of good options. No doubt we will stay here again when traveling back to Gatlinburg. "

"Friendly staff to greet you. Beautiful grounds. Very nice room, just wasn't quite clean from last guests. Stuff spilt on carpet, and balcony, left over guest clothing under living room items. Otherwise i will stay again. Bit of a walk to downtown but doable. "
