We love the peaceful location of the hotel, but still convenient to all of downtown Gatlinburg. The staff is always warm and friendly. We found our room to be comfortable and clean. We definitely will be back!

Clean pools to cool off on a hot day or in a little hot tub to relax, i lije the fact that the pools close at 11pm and at a nice distance of the downtown avoiding all the crowds and with paid parking? With the option of taking the red trolley to down town or to get married haha. A little hidden gem in my opinion would definitely come bavl for my next trip
