"Definitely a "mature" property. Multi-level, motel style layout - separate buildings from check-in office, breakfast area (in newer event center) so walking outside a lot. Room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Balcony overlooking creek and walkway was nice and offered good privacy from others. Pretty good breakfast and decent (outdoor) pool area for both kids and adults. A little further away from main strip than expected but free trolley stop right out front solved that. Lots of warnings of racoons and bears but didn't see any evidence of visits."
