"Very large and comfortable bedroom and bath with a small kitchenette - sink, fridge and microwave. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken. However, the shower was awesome. Everything was clean although the corridor rugs were somewhat worn. The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. The pool was always filled with kids so it’s not terribly relaxing. The food in the cafe and bar was very good. Exiting the property was tricky given the traffic, but the location near the Main Street is perfect."

"Room was clean. The a/c had been left off all day so room was hot at first.. shower handle was broke and just laid in the side of the tub with no instructions on how to use (my husband figured it out). Tv wouldn’t stay connected to internet. But other than that the price for what we got was not bad at all. If you’re needing a cheap room just to sleep this will get the job done."

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and declined the next day's cleaning service due to our late arrival. We contacted the reception twice and visited in person to request housekeeping, and unfortunately, they didn’t provide the service. There were no towels and no room cleaning, which was very difficult since we had our dog with us. As you can imagine, staying in a room with a dog for 4 nights without cleaning was unpleasant. After informing the staff 3-4 times, we went to the reception to inquire about the issue, and the response was that they were concerned the dog would run away. Ironically, we took our dog on a 5-hour hike and requested room cleaning before we left, but it was not done. Upon returning, the room was still not cleaned. If the staff is uncomfortable with dogs, perhaps the hotel should reconsider its pet policy. I found the response to be unprofessional, and the lack of cleaning resulted in us having to dispose of trash elsewhere due to bear concerns, as the hotel did not provide adequate waste management either. And all this sheets had some big ll stain."
