"Hotel was wonderful! Very nice and clean, higher end feeling but still trendy and cool, close to everything, nice pool and roof top outdoor bar/lounge area,. Price seems a little high at first but after comparing other hotels around the area and those hotels charging a fee for everything and factoring in your time to drive 20 - 30 miles away from the strip including traffic, the slightly higher price to stay at the Indigo greatly makes up for someone that values their time. Tip: Ask for complementary breakfast (includes a drink at the bar) and parking."

"nice clean room with comfortable bed , i didnt getto talk with the staff because my husband checked in, but i was thankful that our little dog got to stay with no pet fee , that was very nice. the tub was fine for showering but not big enough for a comfortable bath but we made that work ok for 3 nights . i loved seeing the bears from our bolcany and it was a nice quiet area . its easy walking to resterants and shops in area"

"Very charming inn, excellent location, park and walk everywhere except pigeon forge and the national park, it's well worth it for the advantage of the location alone. Good breakfast, clean, pool is great for kids, just a bit small but two big hot tubs as well. There's also a water slide for the kids. The furniture in the rooms are updated and the bathroom is clean. Definitely staying here next time."

"The only complaint I have is with the river view room balconies. Rooms that can hold up to 4 only have 2 chairs on their very large balconies. I would think there should be at least enough outdoor seating for everyone in the room. And the other complaint is that the trees and shrubs growing along the river are growing up into the lower level of balconies. It seems some landscaping should be done there."

"Right on the strip close, very close to everything if you hate walking. We arrived like 2 or 3 hours before check in and they let us use the parking lot early and even got the room like 30 minutes or a hour after we arrived. My brakes went out as soon as we got into town so that gave us enough time to fix the car and get food before the room was ready. -Clean rooms -House keeping was great -Beds firm to moderate soft -Pillows lumpy but not bad. - really cool mirror with a speaker and lights - plenty of parking never had issues getting in and out. NOTE Shower pressure was interesting. One day its normal or a little weak, the next day it was coming out with the force of 100 winds. IT FELT GREAT but That pressure caused water to fly EVERYWHERE, the curtain was stopping nothing. Because of that they have rotting wood at a baseboard."

"The moment you step into the lobby, you are in a beach resort. The fragrance that fills the room is tropical and wonderful. There are island tunes, including Jimmy Buffet playing, there a numerous seating areas, some with heavily cushioned swings. The bar and gift shop are easily accessed, and the lobby looks out to a lounge and pool area. There are fire pits, corn hole, tv screens, a pool with slide, hot tub, and kids pool. There is also a shallow lounging pool on a second story deck, and tables and hammocks are tucked away in the perimeter. Rooms are very spacious and most have balconies. The bathroom is very spacious. There is a wet bar with a spacious mini fridge. You can even request a margarita blender. The beds are comfortable. You get the best of both worlds, the beach amid the mountains."
