If you’re wanting to see bears, stay here. It’s also convenient and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and things to do. The room (510), had been renovated and was very nice. This property was located on the end of the main Gatlinburg parkway, which made it very convenient to get in and out when going to the national park. We walked to anything in town that we wanted to do, as far as eating, Anakeesta and the Skylift Park. I would stay here again as it was reasonably priced and so convenient. The balcony had a ton of spiderwebs on the railing, but was still nice to sit out and listen to the river. Would be great if they gave you a small table for the balcony.
