「Beth went above and beyond for us; she deserves a raise!! She was more than happy to help us get into a room and make sure we were taken care of. We had a bad experience down the road with another hotel, and this Hampton inn really turned our vacation around!! Our room and the rest of the facilities were very clean! 「Where do i start? Such a simple, easy, no-fus stay! i cannot brag more about the free, made to order breakfast; truly amazing! The private back porch, overlooking a beautiful, oeaceful creek! 「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....

「Lovely apartment, we stayed in unit 309. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We had no issues during our stay. Convenient walk to downtown Gatlinburg (though do need to walk up stairs or hill to get back) and easy drive into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Was nice to be close to main street of Gatlinburg but not in the middle of it all. 」
