"My son and I had a good stay. The room was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a little too big and perhaps overstuffed. Parking in that busy vacation community was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have only 2 complaints: 1. The room tv was unsatisfactory. There was no channel guide and the only way to find a desired channel or network was to go through all of the channels and hope to stumble on the one you wanted. We could not find a college football game that we wanted which was televised on a prominent network and kept up with the score only by wi fi and internet. The staff was unable to help with this problem. 2. Our room was on the 5th floor and the motel was on the "main strip" in Pigeon Forge TN. The traffic noise bothered us all night, hindering sleep."

The only thing that was kind of a drawback was there was no listing for the channels on the tv. Had a lot of searching. But didn't do a lot of watching except late at night. All was good, mostly a nice quiet place."
