「Pool and Lazy River was amazing! 」

「East check in, clean room, nice breakfast. Our room faced the river with a balcony which was so relaxing. A little oasis in the busy town of pigeon Forge. Very close to Dollywood. 」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The property was not taken care of, run down, dirty! We stayed a total of 5 hours so my mother could sleep. Checked out early and didn't even stay in pigeon forge after dealing with the front desk it was a very stressful ruined the trip. The worst traveling experience I've had. Truly disappointed. I'm not sure where they can came up with their prices either you can get a newer clean hotel in the area for the same price! I was not the only guest who checked out early.
