「Todo muy limpio 」

「Our room overlooked the river and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The property and our room were clean/well maintained and we can’t wait to come back! The lazy river was also a big hit and was perfect on the hot July days.」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「Clean and quiet」

「We have stayed at The Walden several times. This time was no different. Staff members were friendly. We were greeted at time of arrival. (A warm welcome goes a long way in today’s world!) Our room was refreshed daily & stocked with fresh towels. The manager engaged in conversation with me when I checked out. He was well dressed, professional & friendly. He thanked my family & I for staying with them again. Highly recommend & will plan to stay there again when vacationing in Pigeon Forge!」

「Nice hotel definitely will be coming back again with my family everyone was nice and helpful we had a balcony room on the 2nd floor nice view and the ducks were awesome our only complaint was the pools were very strong with chemicals but I understand there's alot of people in and out but I feel they may be a Lil strong we swam for about 10 mins and got out me or my son couldn't handle it other then that it was great the room the breakfast all great」

「The carpet was stained in the rooms. Could use some updates. Hair on the bed. Could look over the cleanliness of the room before guests check in. There’s a lot of children that stay here that contributes to the stains in the carpet and messy floors.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Pigeon Forge, TN. The hotel was beautifully decorated, smelled amazing throughout, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool, lazy river, lobby bistro, and outdoor fire pit were great additions and made the hotel feel like more than just a place to sleep. The location was also excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the water temperature...
