「Clean room. Staff kept clean towels in room」

「Having the condo over a hotel room a plus, and was clean. First room was in a poor location. They did let us move to a top floor which had better views and quieter. A big disappointment in the amenities; being that was one reason we chose this property. Indoor pool was freezing and unusable for adults, hot tub needed attention, lazy river was filled with kids splashing, running, diving, throwing balls, etc. (This actually due to "parents" allowing unsupervised kids) since no outdoor pool, it is...

「Felt safe. Very clean. Pool and surrounding area looked nice. Very limited food items. So not really a breakfast provided. Beds were clean but not exactly comfortable. But overall a very nice place for the price. Would definitely stay again.」

「Only 2 downsides; it is off the main roadway in an holler and Clientele blew noses over breakfast selection while making their plates which is beyond nasty.」

「This was my third visit to this hotel. It is conveniently located to many shops and is a three to five minute walk to the famous Pigeon Forge Island. The staff has always been professional and welcoming. Once you visit this hotel, I'll bet you'll want to visit again, just like me. The island is located directly behind the hotel. There you will have rides for the kids and the adults, all types of shops, Paula Dean's restaurant and plenty of rocking chairs seated by a beautiful water fountain that...

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「Nice hotel definitely will be coming back again with my family everyone was nice and helpful we had a balcony room on the 2nd floor nice view and the ducks were awesome our only complaint was the pools were very strong with chemicals but I understand there's alot of people in and out but I feel they may be a Lil strong we swam for about 10 mins and got out me or my son couldn't handle it other then that it was great the room the breakfast all great」

「The shampoo and show soap were empty so we called the desk and they said they would have housekeeping bring them up. Nothing that night. When we arrived back the next evening it was still not filled we called again and about an hour later they brought some up.」
