Overall, the hotel was great! All of the common qreas and our room were very clean. The staff was friendly and available to guests to meet their needs. Breakfast service was very busy and everything was empty. No real system to fill in items quickly. The pool area waa not clean. I never saw a staff member cleaning or freshening up the area. Pool towels were out most of the evening.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! From the evening drinks and food to the breakfast options in the morning it was the perfect place to stay! The pool area was an exactly what we needed for us and our kids! The location of the hotel right in the view of the mountains was the best! We would stay here a million more times if we come back to the area!

The room was clean, staff were very nice, parking was free and right next door. The only real problem was that we showed up at 4pm for check in and the line to check in was 20+ long. Then when we finally got to the front desk our room was not ready. Our room did not become available until almost 7pm at night. This was very difficult after a long road trip and with a young child.

We were looking for a pizza & beer place to eat after our hike to Mt. LeConte. Unable to find a place before closing, we saw that the hotel had a restaurant "Kitchen+Bar". Our meal couldn't have been more perfect! Our witty & pleasant bartender/waitress Frances O. rocked it! Our "build your own" pizza with our added request of green chilis was outstanding! Kudos to the chef as well! We also appreciated Celeste, and all her helpfulness! Keep up the good work!

Very busy location maybe due to spring break. Long lines for free drinks and food. (Better layout could afford confusion and more workers to help stock food) Refrigerator and air conditioner unit made noise all night. Only 2 reasons for the four stars.

My kids said “ooo, this is niiice” when we got to our room. Our room was clean & cozy, the housekeepers came in daily to restock towels & make beds. We loved the indoor pool & roomy outdoor hot tub. We had great views of the snow-capped mountains from our room. The staff was friendly, from check-in, to needing an extra pillow, to check-out. We would return!

The room was very clean. The hotel had so many areas in the lobby and outside for seating. A nice faux fireplace at the entrance. Pool area was inside with a huge jacuzzi. Wish there was a jacuzzi for adults as the kids thought it was a kiddie pool.

Excellent stay and this newer hotel. Clean and new. Breakfast buffet was great as was the kickback food and drinks in the evening. Huge hot tub area with fire tables and longers. Close to the main strip. Lots of parking as well.

I had been so excited to stay at this hotel ever since it was built. One of the biggest draws for me was that they offer free breakfast and supper, which is such a nice bonus. I’m glad we finally had the opportunity to try it out, but I did leave a bit disappointed. For the price of the rooms, I definitely expected a better experience. My main reason for booking this specific hotel was the indoor heated pool and splash pad. I even called ahead to confirm both was heated (I’ve learned that lesson before with a very disappointed 4-year-old), and I was assured that it was. While the pool itself seemed somewhat heated, the splash pad was not heated at all. It was freezing. The second reason I chose this hotel was for the complimentary food and drinks. Supper was mediocre at best. The baked potatoes could have been great, but they definitely needed more time to cook and was very hard inside. The drinks, coffee bar, and soda was very good. Breakfast the next morning was much better overall. My husband and sons’ potatoes were undercooked, but by the time I made my plate, they had brought out fresh ones that were cooked properly. That said, the room and overall facilities were beautiful, and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The outdoor seating area was especially nice, and the parking deck was a great added feature. We would consider giving this hotel another try in the future, hoping for a more consistent experience.

Everything was exceptional- the staff, cleanliness, service from the restaurant, absolutely zero complaints. If you ask my kids though, the breakfast was their favorite part!

Out of all the hotels I have stayed at in Pigeon Forge, this one is definitely the most bang for your dollar. Having the value of breakfast, dinner, and snacks, and three adult beverages every night included in your stay goes a long way. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. My only complaints are that when you book a top floor room, it doesn’t really guarantee a good view, but that’s okay. Also the room walls seemed thin as I could hear everyone talking around my room, but it was nice! I would stay here again. I had a good stay!
